COVID-19 salon experience: The following are actions that I am taking and guidelines for you to ensure that we stay safe. Please read carefully so that we can each do our part to help make everyone more comfortable and safe once services resume in the salon. Salon precautions: To provide you with the utmost care and safety I have gotten certified for both Barbicide & Barbicide COVID-19 disinfection procedures. All tools, chairs & the station will be properly sanitized and disinfected prior to your appt. I also decided to opt-out on disposables to save our planet but have stocked up on more towels, smocks and capes which will be hot washed after each use. Before your arrival: Please come with cleanly washed hair Do not bring friends, family or pets along to your appointment (unless your child is getting a haircut or you are there assisting an elder). Please only bring what you need that can be put in your pocket or lap (cellphone, iPad, laptop, small bag). Please wear your mask before entering, I will also be providing disposable masks and cotton linen ones for purchase if you don’t have one. Our doors are open, you may wait in the hallway or remain in your car until I contact you to enter for your scheduled appointment. Due to operating at a limited capacity & increased safety procedures, I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule to a later date & charged a cancellation fee. Parking: There is lots of street parking and it’s free! Yay to no meters!! We also gave a Sola Salon client parking when you turn into the Windsor Apartments. Salon is located on the corner of 10th St & Taylor & I’m right below the Sola Salon sign. The appointment system: I am reserving morning/opening appointments for the high risk which includes: Anyone 65+, with preexisting conditions- asthma, diabetes, heart disease & pregnancy. If you have been sick, traveled, are waiting for a test result, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment please inform me prior so we can move your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee unless you show up having symptoms there will be charge. If you have become ill 14 days after your appointment please let me know so we can inform others that have been in contact to take proper precautions. Please do not take medication to reduce your temperature to keep your appointment. Let’s be diligent in keeping ourselves and others safe. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance or there will be a cancellation fee. Be mindful & respectful of my day and to others that are on the waitlist especially during this time. Thank you for your ongoing support! It’s been tough and I can’t wait to see you in my chair. Cancellation Policy

There will be a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
